Majority stake in Finnish technology company NL Acoustics is acquired by Teledyne

Teledyne Technologies acquires a majority stake in NL Acoustics, a fast-growing Finnish technology company specializing in advanced acoustics-based predictive maintenance solutions.

HELSINKI, July 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (“Teledyne”) announced the July 15, 2022that it acquired a majority stake in the Finnish technology company Quiet Acoustics Oy (“NL Acoustics”). Based in the United States but operating globally, Teledyne is a conglomerate earning itself into enabling technologies in four main segments: digital imaging, instrumentation, engineered systems, and aerospace and defense electronics.
